CARDIO BOXING
Cardio boxing is a fun, high intensity boxing class. Sharpen your coordination and self-defense skills while building strength, stamina, and cardio resistance.
TRX CARDIO
Join us for TRX Cardio and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. TRX techniques uses suspension body weight to build a strong body and allow a diversity of exercises and modifications that suit any busy lifestyle and a wide range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
KETTLE STEP CARDIO
This Kettle Step Cardio class will give you an amazing workout, using steps and kettle bells. You will build strength and stamina with this fun, yet challenging full body workout that combines the resistance weight of a kettle bell with a challenging routine using steps, to create various degrees of intensity for all fitness levels.
PRO-FIT BOOTCAMP
Join us for Pro-Fit Bootcamp. The playground created for this class will allow you to exercise your way to a healthy body and mind with fun and challenging obstacle stations. Build a strong body from a diversity of functional strength exercises and modifications that will help you build strength and burn calories.
STRONG BY ZUMBA
Strong by Zumba is a fantastic High Intensity Interval Training. It consists of a rhythm-based workout where you will find yourself exercising to the rhythm of the beat. You will improve your coordination and flexibility and you can adjust intensity yourself as you learn the routines.

WEIGHT TRAINING
We’re going to pump you up! Group classes are not your thing? not a problem. Strengthen and tone your body on a one on one setting. You will learn proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your beach body will thank you.
CORE TRAINING
Work one on one core training for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Core Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.
FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
Join a one-on-one personal coach as you begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier. Flexibility Training is suitable for everyone at any kind of fitness level. It is an excellent training program, taking advantage of the body’s natural movements. Don’t hesitate to start today!
